Meet Romeo, the World's Tallest Cow!
Creswell is home to Romeo, the World's Tallest Cow! Romeo, who stands at 6 feet and 4.5 inches, has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's tallest steer. This title was previously held by Tommy of Cheshire, Massachusetts, who stands at six feet and one inch tall.

The Creswell Historical Museum
The Creswell Historical Museum is a must-see for those interested in the history of The Friendly City. All displays and artifacts are maintained by Creswell residents, many of whom have been part of our city for generations.
The Creswell Historical Museum is open on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 11am to 3pm.
Location: the corner of Oregon Avenue and 5th Street

Hiroshima Peace Tree
Between 2019 and 2024, forty Oregon communities, including the City of Creswell, planted a Hiroshima Peace Tree from Japan. These trees are grown from the seeds of trees that miraculously survived the bombing of Hiroshima on August 6th, 1945. Oregon currently has the largest collection of Hiroshima Peace Trees of any state or nation outside of Japan.
You can visit Creswell's Peace Tree at the 2nd Street Park behind New Hope Baptist Church.

4th of July in Creswell
The annual 4th of July parade and celebration occurs each year on July 4th. This is Creswell's largest annual event, during which the population of our town nearly doubles. The fun begins with a Pancake breakfast in the morning, continues with a parade, vendors, and celebration, and concludes with a fireworks display at sundown. Arbor Day Celebration
The City of Creswell is proud to be a Tree City! We celebrate each year by holding an Arbor Day celebration full of tree giveaways, live music, family friendly activities, and so much more!

National Night Out
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. The City of Creswell partners with the Lane County Sheriff's Office to plan and host National Night Out each year.
National Night Out features an abundance of exciting activities, such as information booths, K-9 dog demonstrations, a dunk tank, and so much more!
Movies in the Park
Each year, the City of Creswell hosts Movies in the Park, a series of four movie events that take place at Harry Holt Memorial Park. Starting in 2023, the movies have been put to a vote, with members of the public casting their vote for their preferred movie. The movies with the most votes are later shown in the summer.
